Do not eat ginger to eat Manioc

Manioc is also known as cassava. Arrowroots, tapioca. It is a native to South America and own to Euphorbiaceae family . It cultivate  in tropical countries and sub tropical countries. Tuberous is coming  from the plant roots.  Actually manioc has more health benefits than  you think. We all know manioc  has carbohydrates. But it also  contained Variety of  B -vitamins. It help to blood circulation, preventing diseases,, diabetes and  lower cholesterol. Also help for  metabolic  system ,food digestion, and prevent Alzheimer’s diseases.
